Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, applicable taxes, and shipping restrictions. We may correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when necessary.

Products must be used only as directed by the manufacturer. Do not use damaged, leaking, unusually warm, or defective devices. Keep devices and liquids away from children and pets, and comply with all applicable storage, disposal, and local-use requirements.

We work to provide authentic Raz Vape products and may use available batch or product verification processes to support authenticity checks. Customers should review the product information and contact support if packaging, labeling, or a device appears inconsistent or defective.

Shipping availability, delivery estimates, age checks, and restrictions vary by destination. A delivery may require an adult signature or additional verification. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect address details, or legal restrictions are outside our direct control.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and defective-product claims are handled according to the applicable policy shown at the time of purchase and any mandatory consumer protections. Contact support promptly with the order details and a description of the issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
